ARCO Home Inspection did a superior job evaluating my Seminole Home under the My Safe
Florida Home Program. Buzz noted some construction elements in the home that The
re-inforcement of the roofs A frame and the steel rebar in the concrete running from the
slab up to the second story were never noticed by any other inspector or myself. The
benefit is that he sent me copies of the report that I mailed to my Insurance Company for
a rate reduction.
