For Listings - Our Sliding Commission goes to 3% on the Listing when we bring in the buyer, as Transaction Brokers, and you DO NOT want to buy another Tampa Bay property with Our Representation.

For Listings - Our Sliding Commission goes to 5,5% on the Listing when Another Agent brings in the Buyer and you sign a buyer agency agreement to buy another Tampa Bay property with Our Exclusive Representation.

For Listings - Our Sliding Commission goes to 6% on the Listing when Another Agent brings in the Buyer and you DO NOT want to buy another Tampa Bay property with Our Representation.

We'll personally walk thru your property to look for items that potential buyers might notice as negative and offer advice on eliminating them.

4- We'll take Digital photos to highlight your property and to use to send to out of town buyers and place on our web sites on the internet. We'll also cross promote your property with photos in a variety of mediums.
